What are the materials used in your jewelry?

I like using a variety of mediums in my work including but not limited to Japanese glass beads, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones and polymer clay.

What are your ear wires made of?

Sterling silver and 14k gold-filled ear wires and wire-guards are used in all our pieces. Gold-filled jewelry does not tarnish and we include a polishing cloth in each package. Leave a note during order checkout if you have a different preference than the one in the listing. We can make the change depending on availability and the design.

When are items available in your shop?

The date of the next drop will be available in the banner on the top of the website and on my social media. You can sign up to the email list to get notified of the drops. (I will not spam your inbox, I promise! You will receive at most 2 emails from me every month.)

Is all your jewelry handmade?

Yes, I design and make each piece of jewelry available in my shop. I source my materials from a range of local stores in NYC and as sustainably as possible.

Packaging

Your jewelry is packaged with the utmost care and includes all the essentials you need to care for it.
The mailer box makes sure that your pieces arrive to your doorstep securely. It has been designed with minimum branding so that it can be reused by you as needed. All packaging materials can be recycled or composted.
Your package also includes a soft polishing cloth to keep your jewelry clean and tarnish free. 

Each pair of earrings comes with its own handmade polymer clay card that can be used to hang your earrings to keep them in the best shape for a long time!

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my items to ship?

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 - 5 days of placing the order.
Made to order items will be shipped within 2 - 4 weeks of placing the order.

You will receive the tracking information once your order has shipped.

How are my items shipped?

All items are shipped via USPS. 

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

I truly hope this doesn't happen. In case the package is lost by the carrier, a claim can be filed with the carrier as the package will be sent with insurance and tracking.

Do you accept returns?

All sales from Arya's Atelier are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If an item arrives damaged, please email us at info@aryasatelier.com within 14 days of receiving it and we will do our best to rectify the problem and issue an exchange. The product must be undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging when shipped back to us.

Product Care

 How do I care for my beaded jewelry?

- Store your beaded pieces laying flat or hang them vertically. Your earrings come with a polymer clay backing made specially for each collection which can be hung on a wall (it's like an art piece and jewelry all in one!) 

- Put on your jewelry after applying perfume or lotions as they can cause damage to the finish of the beads and the ear wires.

- Your beaded jewelry is very durable but do keep in mind that the beads are made of glass. Handle them with care to increase their longevity. In case your beaded fringe gets slightly wet, let it dry fully and gently massage the fringe strands to stretch them out again.
